Verify PixlFlip platform health at status.pixlflip.net. If all systems are operational, move on to local diagnostics.
Run the diagnostics toolkit
From your server dashboard choose **Troubleshoot → Run Diagnostics**. The toolkit collects packet loss samples and traceroutes from your players.
- Share the generated diagnostic bundle with support for advanced help.
- Enable automatic healing so the platform attempts restarts if issues persist.
Optimise player routing
Route premium players through latency-optimised nodes. If you operate globally, enable dynamic routing and edge caching.
